Shipping policy
Dispatched times
Shipping depends on the product(s) purchased.
Generally speaking, products marked as “in stock” are dispatched same or next working day. There is information on shipping times on product pages if it differs from this.
Commissions can take between 3 and 6 weeks depending on how busy the time of year is. If you need something by a certain date, please contact me beforehand to check lead times. I can often accommodate.
You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.
Shipping options
All items are posted in hard back envelopes or boxes to keep your items safe and flat during their journey to you.
- U.K.
Orders to the U.K. are, by default, shipped via second class with Royal Mail. Larger items are orders with an higher value will be shipped with Royal Mail tracked 48 post.
Upgrades to 1st class (or tracked 24) or tracked post for shimmer items or orders are options at checkout.
- International mail including USA, Europe, Australia and New Zealand
Orders sent internationally are dispatched with standard international post. Please note that this is not tracked post. international tracked options are available but these are costly so not used as standard, unless the order is heavy or large. Tracking numbers in these cases will be included in your dispatch email.
Customs and taxes
Please note that customers are responsible for settling any customs charges.
We are based in Northern Ireland, and as such items should not be subject to customs charges when sent to the EU, however some postal services may still charge these and this is out of our control.
We mark all items entering the EU that the package is from Northern Ireland which usually reminds postal services not to apply customs though this is not fool proof and we cannot be held responsible.
