Celebrate grandad on his birthday!

This card is a fun card for a child to give grandad to celebrate him and encourage him on his birthday.

The card has a gorgeous deep turquoise blue background with the words “you put the grand in grandad!” written in capitals in a light blue with the word ‘grand’ surrounded by fun yellow lines to draw attention to it.

Under these words are a large number of purple candles lit with yellow flames and then the words “happy birthday!” hand lettered in Anna’s signature calligraphy in a deep blue colour.

The card is printed on smooth uncoated 350gsm paper and has a lovely quality feel to it, as well as a fun design that will encourage and delight grandad.

This card is one of The Grand collection launched in May 2022 to celebrate these ‘grand’ relations - grandma, grandad, grandpa, grandson, granddaughter… they will all eventually be available.

The relationship between a grandparent and a grandchild can be so special and is deserving on its own mention and acknowledgement. This one is for grandad, a grandad who is very grand. This card is A6 (105x148mm) and is blank inside for a message and most likely a sweet drawing as well.
The birthday card for grandad is printed on 350gsm smooth uncoated paper with vegetable inks. It is of course recyclable if you don’t want to frame it and keep it forever and ever ;)
The card comes with a white envelope and is packaged plastic free in a hard backed envelope for a safe transit. And Hope Designs offers free U.K. second class postage, but you can upgrade for 1st class by selecting ‘express’ at checkout.

UK Standard Delivery:

2nd class for orders up to £10: £1
Tracked 48 for orders £10-£30: £3
Free shipping on orders over £30

Upgrades to 1st class or Tracked24 are options at checkout.

International shipping is calculated at checkout and is dependent on weight. All items are shipped with Royal Mail International, with an estimated shipping time of 7-10 days.

Items are posted in a hardback envelope or cardboard box, with mint green tissue paper and reused bubble wrap.

Returns
I accept returns within 28 days of purchase. Please notify me within 14 days of purchase, and then return the item within an additional 14 days. Return shipping is paid for by you. Once the product is received in the same condition it was sold, your refund will be processed.

I'm Anna, the designer-illustrator behind And Hope Designs. I'm 40ish and live in Belfast with my husband and our four children.
