These verses from scripture are the inspiration for this cute new baby card. I have found it difficult to find sweet cards that are diverse and represent children who have coloured skin tones. This is my response to this gap, and I have named him Asher after my friend Fi’s little boy - the name means “happy” which is just perfect for this cute squishy little brown baby.

“Congrats on your cute squishy arrow” is something I’ve been writing inside new baby cards for years, but now it’s on the front of a card for you to send to new parents! Above the fun and light hearted message is an illustration of a cute, round, squishy newborn baby in a green sleep suit (making is suitable for baby boys and girls alike) and some hand drawn arrows. The Bible reference (Psalm 127:4) is also on the card in case the recipient is not familiar with the verse, so they can look it up.
