This illustration was drawn for the month of August in And Hope Designs’ 2022 calendar. I love the element of play, the trust and obvious love and tenderness between the father and his daughter, along with the textures and colours of the whole picture, and I wanted to make use of it and give the opportunity to send it as a card.
With those three little words ‘love you dad’ hand lettered in white, this card is perfect to send to your father at any point, whether from a child or a grown up - we all were once children putting our entire trust in our fathers to catch us, just like this little girl.
Printed with vegetable inks on to smooth uncoated 350gsm card, this is a lovely thick card that is blank inside for your own message. This makes it a lovely versatile card suitable to give or send on plenty of occasions.
