How to Order Your Watercolour House Portrait
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact me before purchasing to confirm availability. Lead times are usually 1–2 weeks, but are longer during October–December.

Add this listing to your cart and choose your size and whether you’d like hand-lettered text (address, dates, names, a quote, or a Bible verse).

After purchase, email a high-quality colour photo of the house to hello@andhopedesigns.com. The painting will be created from this angle.
- If there are important details, feel free to send close-up photos too.
Orientation (portrait or landscape) will be chosen to best suit your image unless you request otherwise.
You can also choose the season you’d like your home illustrated in — spring, summer, autumn or winter. I’m happy to add flowers, foliage or snow even if they aren’t present in your reference photo.
