This letterbox gift includes
- a small bar of Tony’s Chocoloney chocolate (picked at random from their 6 small bar flavours and what I have in stock - if there are allergies or dislikes please make sure to include these in the message at checkout so I can do my best to cater for them.)

- a card of your choice. There are cards specifically for mothers, cards that are really popular around Mother’s Day, and cards that would be perfect for women who find Mother’s Day tricky and need a pick me up. Have a look through the product photos to choose which card will suit the recipient best.
This letterbox gift was designed to be sent directly to the recipient. Please include what you’d like hand written in the card in the notes to seller (or by email immediately after) and ensure you have the recipient’s address entered. You can of course have it shipped to yourself for you to write in the card and give it in person if you’d prefer.

Shipping
Turnaround time is 1-2 business days.
UK Standard Delivery:
- 2nd class for orders up to £10: £1
- Tracked 48 for orders £10-£30: £3
- Free shipping on orders over £30
Upgrades to 1st class or Tracked24 are options at checkout.
International shipping is calculated at checkout and is dependent on weight. All items are shipped with Royal Mail International, with an estimated shipping time of 7-10 days.
Items are posted in a hardback envelope or cardboard box, with mint green tissue paper and reused bubble wrap.
Returns
I accept returns within 28 days of purchase. Please notify me within 14 days of purchase, and then return the item within an additional 14 days. Return shipping is paid for by you. Once the product is received in the same condition it was sold, your refund will be processed.

I'm Anna, the designer-illustrator behind And Hope Designs. I'm 40ish and live in Belfast with my husband and our four children.
As the female-founder and owner, I wear all the hats in the running of the business! 🤠 My favourite hat is the actual designing and creating, from concept to product, and this is why I started in the first place... my least favourite hats are bookkeeping & writing product descriptions which unfortunately is what must be done to actually have a business.
