Hi, I’m Anna Hamill, the artist behind And Hope Designs
One day, you’ll find me running a warm, welcoming café and bookshop somewhere in the Scottish Highlands. We’ll serve pots of tea and coffee and delicious homemade cakes. Maybe we’ll have a cosy holiday cottage nearby, somewhere people can visit to escape daily life, enjoy the great outdoors, and reconnect with friends and family. Until then, I’ll focus on creating the same feeling, right here, through And Hope Designs.

This is the second time I have ordered these candles from AndHope as I cannot get enough of them. They make the perfect gift. I have recently been giving them to hosts and hostesses when we have been invited out to eat with friends. I think it makes a change from the usual flowers and chocolates (though I love flowers and chocolates!) and the people I have given them to seem to love them. I certainly do.

I bought this candle as a gift for a friend. I haven’t actually lit it or smelled it when lit, but it is a beautiful candle and I am looking forward to seeing my friend’s reaction when she opens it.
